People don’t want authenticity. They want confirmation of what they already think.
- wizzwizz4 1y agoPeople want authentic confirmation of what they already think, which makes it easy to give them the confirmation and lie to them about the authenticity. If they can't have both, some people prefer confirmation to authenticity. But that's far from a universal preference.
