Tencent Hunyuan open-sources its first hybrid AI model

  first i have ever seen such region restriction for "open source" model...but i am no expert on the topic. have they been doing this before too?

      oh...but it's just eu for llama though right? i dont think i have heard uk and south korea added to the ban list before (i might be wrong)
