- jqpabc123 1y ago“Chinese authorities have far-reaching access rights to personal data within the sphere of influence of Chinese companies,” In China, there is no effective legal wall of separation between "company" and "government". In other words, if the Chinese "government" wants data from a Chinese "company", there is no legal basis for the "company" to refuse.
