Thanks! There are some very small moments of peace, but for the most part it’s been a constant struggle and I have to stay very vigilant. I’m basically at the point I have to think and try radically different things to survive. I’m really enjoying rock climbing and I hope to start doing outdoor climbing like yourself. All the best
