This is a well-written and useful article. If a lot of people are against you you may be onto something big, or you may be just wrong. The case here is not as clear cut as, say, the case of Semmelweis. I am also undecided (hate the greedy closed magazines, don't quite approve the sneaking in part) on it. I would really know what his objective analysis of the situation is unless he's already done a post that I've missed or if he can't talk about a court case.
