People have already done multiple polls and studies on student use of ChatGPT, so it's trivial to check. Yes, they're aware.
- latexr 1y agoIf you ask someone if they are aware of something, then of course they’ll think about it even if they hadn’t before. You can’t test this type of awareness with polls. Doing the study itself skews the results.
- nitwit005 1y agoYou're now making a second set of incorrect assumptions. Go actually check. People have asked open ended questions, and gotten the correct answer from students unprompted.
