It’s actually a nice concept (imo). The longer you work for a company, the longer is the period. For example if you work for two years they have to give you notice 4 weeks beforehand. At 10 years it’s 4 months. (German law). The best thing is, that applies only to your employer. Employees can always quit with a 4 week’s notice.
