Feels like the new algorithm now is almost a flat dollar a minute plus surge. How I long for the days I could get most anywhere from $4-$7. The uber there and back from the airport can be more than the flight now (once surged to $120 one way for a 35 min trip).
- metadat 1y agoI've observed Uber surges to $180 for a 30 minute trip home from SJC. I was ready to sleep on the bench all night and have a friend come in the morning, but fortunately Lyft was only $47. In hindsight , TechCrunch Disrupt actually looks really disgusting.
