ChatGPT has no idea if OpenAI used your ideas. The model cannot "explicitly confirm" anything of the sort. It hallucinated, nothing more. Also the site you're linking to throws up all sorts of warnings in Chrome and is blocked by the browser. So it sounds like bait for some form of scam?
