Am I living in a different timeline than these guys ?
In my timeline, the tech job market is terrible, and AI is the worst for junior developers, because they aren't learning what they should by doing.
- ThunderSizzle 1y agoThere's a shortage of software engineers, but not a shortage of people who have those job titles. Aka, 80% of the work being done by 20% of the people. The problem is you still have to hire the other 80% of the developers to also get those 20%
