I highly recommend going through his report; it is a solid basis for the curious to verify for themselves who invented what and when. Intellectual honesty is very important. That includes not selling something as new if there are already publications of the idea; worse than to hide one's knowledge of prior art is to not even look in the first place ("ostrich strategy").
