Not quite related to the article but... "Christopher Parsons, a grad student at the University of Victoria (the Fightin' Vikes!), has done yeoman's work by combing through the numerous (and lengthy) ISP submissions to CRTC and compiling them into a set of tables (PDF)" Shouldn't someone in the CRTC already have done that? It's nice that it's a transparent process and the data is available (as it must be) but couldn't they have made it easier to go through it all?
