Are LLMs really just glorified Magic 8 Balls?
- tim333 1y agoGrok says: >No, LLMs are not just glorified Magic 8 Balls. But it would say that wouldn't it? I mean magic 8 balls are known for being sneaky and lying about being magic 8 balls.
- zahirbmirza 1y agoDo they even know they're lying?

- treetalker 1y ago<The user wants to know if I'm just a glorified Magic 8 Ball. I'll respond and say something witty, perhaps by using one of the standard Magic 8 Ball responses, to build the user's trust. I'll organize my response, and I'll try to be helpful by offering to answer further questions.> Spirits say yes. If there is anything else you'd like me to help with, please go ahead and ask!
