People still look at the current month's posts, but you'll probably have better traction with the changeover. Likewise check the Who's Hiring post the same day.

- rashsharma 1y agoThere are so many people posting there. Does that help? I am in a terrible situation right now. I need a job desperately to survive. I didn't receive severance pay after working for over 4 years, and only got paid for this month for 15 days, despite having worked for 20 days. It's a situation that can't be explained in comments.
