In other words, what we have running the country is really a fascist dictator. Any "policy" is the result of how one person "feels" at any given moment. The really odd part is the number of people who've been lead to believe this will somehow be good for them and the country. These folks are either choosing to ignore history or more likely, are just ignorant of it.
