My thanks to you for shopping around for non-shit headlights. For a long, long while it seems like every third car had strobing headlights. (Now, the primary problem is INTENSELY bright and poorly-aimed headlights. I'm not sure which is worse, to be honest... but both SHOULD be super illegal.) > EVERYTHING FLICKERS.
