Using a space elevator to get water off Ceres
- pavel_lishin 1y agoI'd like to see a cost comparison of building it, vs. that fuel savings. Its gravity is 0.02G, apparently - 2% of the surface gravity of Earth. It might be cheaper to just fling things into space with hand-cranked spring-power.
