How did you do this? Have you been able to solve the PEM issue?
- cjbgkagh 1y agoI’ve not been able to solve the PEM issue, I think PEM is like an nut allergy and desensitization can be done with very very very small doses of exercise and a glacially slow build up of tolerance. My attempts at this has not worked but it appears to have worked for others that I know.
