This doesn't show the whole picture. YEs, I have super reliable high speed internet in my house. But I do about 1/2 of my interneting on my mobile phone. And despite living in Silicon Valley with 5G, it's totally unreliable. So yes, please assume that even your most adept power users will have crappy internet at least some of the time.
