Juries around the world are compromised of ordinary people.
- btilly 14y agoThe USA is unusual in having juries used for a broader spectrum of cases than other countries. I agree that this particular type of case should not be decided by jury.
- jellicle 14y agoNot really true, in complex civil suits. Many countries use specialized, expert judges and courts to decide such matters.
