Empirical observation is contingent, so cannot be the basis of certain knowledge.
- adastra22 1y agoEverything is contingent on empirical observation. Our rational brains are the product of pattern matching algorithms trained on empirical reality. There is no basis for rational thought that is not downstream of empiricism.
