Both of these companies contributed approximately nothing to the advancement of Mass Transit.
- sgerenser 1y agoArguably the Hyperloop was publicized specifically for the opposite: to stoke opposition to traditional high speed rail, while at the same time knowing it is completely impractical.

- wisty 1y agoThis is just tiny foil hat thinking though. It seems far more likto me that Elon was just a trifle overconfident in himself.
- wisty 1y agoOK, so Elon has tried to invest a lot of money in mass transit, but wasn't able to get a breakthrough like he did with Tesla?
