About half the team share similar view. The other half seems like just playing along.
The “other half” is culturally fit for a large company.
I still care about the mission
Missions require full commitment.
Then by the will of higher ups some teams got drastically reorged and I ended up in a different team with a new manager.
That’s the nature of change.

- alwa 1y agoThis comment is unusually incisive. I don't know @brudgers, but I feel comfortable guessing they've done some high-stakes stuff in the world. OP, I'd just say I only wish I could put it as clearly as this person has.
- brudgers 1y agoI once worked in a Fortune 50 corporation. Briefly, unhappily, and twenty years of figuring out why ago.
