  Clickbait title. This has nothing to do with Rust ecosystem, this is about Guix.

    It's not a clickbait. It's just a confusion caused by the missing context. The title might appear misleading on HN. But if you visit the Guix blog and see an article about Rust packaging, you will naturally assume that it's about packaging Rust applications and libraries for Guix. And that's exactly what it is. Especially given the fact that 'packaging' is not a term that's commonly used in the core Rust ecosystem.

      Yes, once you click, you'll notice you have been baited into something you don't care about. I certainly feel that way, same as GP.

        I originally submitted it as "A New Rust Packaging Model in Guix" but I guess mods "corrected" it.
