  Well, at the very least you should update the overview page to say what it does or does not do and who the audience is. At the moment all I know is how to install it (something) with and without docker.

    I had done it ... then i thought the readme became too long so cut it short few days before ...

      So without it, it is almost impossible to say where problem your repo tries to solve.
