- sorcerer-mar 1y agoIt has jurisdiction everywhere the United States does. Read the 14th Amendment, it's extremely clear.
- kreetx 1y agoIf a person has no visa, but is in the US, is that person still allowed entry if they want to assemble? I don't think so.
