Unless the result is a form of protection to the painting then why not "just" reprint the whole painting and not touch the original at all?
- teruakohatu 1y agoLooking at a oil painting in real life is a vastly different experience than a looking at a print. Oil paintings are for a start 3D (textured). Colour reproduction is also difficult.
