The secular and science minded generations are loosing out to the new rise in religious fundamentalism. The US is turning into a fundamentalist country, I think it's obvious that 'religion' or 'mental illness' is growing, and AI Chatbots are dangerous to the same groups.

- FrustratedMonky 1y agoI'm familiar with those studies, trends. And yet, we have the Christian Nationalist taking control of the government, and being able to get Supreme Court appointees. So maybe 'total numbers' are going down, but the influence and control is definitely going up.
