- smacktoward 14y agoThe U.S. Anti-Doping Agency (USADA) isn't the government, and nobody's pursuing criminal charges. (There was a criminal investigation into his case, but it ended in February. The proposed punishment is stripping Armstrong of his cycling titles and barring him from participating from the sport in the future.
