A choice. That’s all that’s being argued here.
I’m explaining why someone would want to rationally make such a choice. It’s not that complicated. Life is not a video game where the goal is to live as long as possible regardless of the “cost”.
Of course i support this as a last resort. Interventions should be made first. Therapy, family support, medicine, whatever.
