Last year, I graduated with a CS degree, two internships, and a portfolio I was genuinely proud of.
I thought I’d done everything right:
Interned at recognizable companies
Maintained a solid GPA
Shipped real side projects with actual users
Polished portfolio and GitHub contributions
Applied consistently, tailored resumes, followed up
Result?
100+ applications → 30 interviews → 0 offers.
Lots of ghosting. Lots of “you’re great, but...”
And a creeping feeling that the whole system was more noise than signal.
I got tired of waiting for permission, so I built something for myself and others in the same spot.
Woberry: A lightweight tool for devs navigating the job hunt
What it does:
Helps build tailored resumes + cover letters (fast)
Tracks every application, follow-up, and status
Keeps job search data organized without spreadsheets
Designed to help you stay focused, not overwhelmed
It’s simple, bootstrapped, and built entirely from my own job-hunting frustration.
I launched it quietly 1-2 months ago.
Since then, it’s grown to a few thousand active users — and I’m now making my first real dollars online.
