Microsoft Word 365 (online) -> Transcribe. I know, I know - it sounds super cheese, but after trying several different LLMs and workflows, it just worked out of the box and gave me what I needed: labeled speakers, timestamps, and a nice way to review/jump from the generated text to the audio. Didn't work so well for mixed languages, but for English at least it was comparable or better to the other solutions I tried.
