Just configured VoiceInk yesterday and it's been flawless for all the languages I speak: https://tryvoiceink.com https://tryvoiceink.com It runs a small local model and has optional Power Modes that pass the transcript to a remote or local LLM for further enhancements, based on your currently opened apps or websites. Also the app is open-source, but with a one-time license purchase option (instabuy for me, of course).
