I can't believe lawmakers are focused on this when there is a nationwide rash of incidents where some lady breaks into a child's bedroom to steal their teeth. Leaving a quarter does NOT absolve anything

This is exactly what we said was going to happen. It's a regressive tooth tax after considering the opportunity cost (let's not pretend a quarter has any meaningful value). The payout needs to be inflation adjusted.
