- loa_in_ 1y agoI believe that it's a bit of an oversimplification. A slightly more complete sentiment would probably be that if you don't practice kindness in all, your product will not be kind to users and customers. Practice kindness in all, including your users and customers, and your product will solidify and support that kindness.
