DOGE illegally got unrestricted and unaudited access to all of it. His underlings might have privately made copies as well. They were (and probably still are) operating outside the US government structure and laws. None of the employees have security clearance. Musk himself was never officially a government employee, yet had unrestricted authority over the department. What do you think he's going to do with it now?
