In the extreme case, this will render the whole product category of "llm trained on copyrighted content" illegal. In that case, you will have been part of a copyright infringement on a truly massive scale. The users of these tools do NOT deserve privacy in the light of the crimes alleged. You do not get to claim to protect the privacy of the customers of your illegal venture.
