Apple Appeals EU's March Ruling on 'Interoperability' Requirements Under the DMA
- Kelteseth 1y agoIt is always funny to me when Americans cry about European laws (again and again). Go EU! > I still think that law was unnecessary — the market forces had worked, and the whole world had either already moved (like iPads did starting in 2018) or was on the cusp of moving to USB-C (like iPhones). I don't think this is true. We still have these awful barrel plug charger if you want to buy a sub 500 euro laptop. With the law mandating USB-C for laptops in 2026.
