- catlifeonmars 1y agoThe quote is directly from the article. I was attempting to surface the irony of the particular example they gave, because HR is typically the arm of a business that embodies the adversarial relationship between employees and employers. Thus the example rings hollow.
- jmye 1y agoI get that quote was from the article. “HR is not your friend” is a low effort like-generator/meme that has nothing to do with the quote. It’s the kind of nonsense overconfident tweens mindlessly repeat because it feels good and because they think they’re really clever.
