Well, we already know DRM is a pointless expense, look at all the piracy it is stopping, according to ubisoft no less. But i think this could easily just be seen as users using piracy to try-before-you-buy.. and that most users might not like your game? I strongly doubt 95% of users who play a significant amount of game X are pirates.
