Why is Marcella Hazan's tomato sauce the best sauce I have ever had? (2022)
- ksherlock 1y agoI take (can|box) of (crushed|strained|peeled) tomatoes add some salt, olive oil, a couple cloves of garlic, a spoonful or two of Calabrian chili paste, and hit it with a stick blender. It's good enough to drink right then and there. And I don't even like tomatoes!
