    perhaps, but birds dont like drone frequented areas either, your thickets/coppice will clear out under requent drone traffic. you dont need nets just single dangling lines

Drones do not have minimum altitude regulations, except in cases where ALL air traffic is limited. 3. Drones have a few restrictions from operating above people, but hardly enough to prevent interactions. See FAA's Operations Over People rule.
