I am more worried about the resultant breakdown of the social order due to the social pressures and hopelessness and it's ramifications. Which next-bonus-cycle CEOs don't give a shit about. UBI is just talk (which few are talking) and even that has issues.
- qgin 1y agoCurrently the United States is in the process of making Medicaid and SNAP / food stamps contingent on being employed. We’re further from UBI than we’ve ever been.
