- perthvandeda 1y agoHaha, I was actually wondering what’s stopping candidates from just running AI to answer the questions, like that video where Google Home and Amazon Echo talk to each other? Unfortunately, in today’s market, companies will do whatever it takes to cut costs, and candidates will do whatever it takes to get hired. By the time the pendulum swings back, this impersonal style of interviewing might be the new normal and no one will expect employees to invest time in truly getting to know one another.
