Anything is very profitable if the government pays your bills.
- UltraSane 1y agoNo. Nuclear reactors ARE truly profitable. The problem is they cost $5 to $10 billion to make which is a huge amount for private investors but a rounding error in the federal budget and their true ROI is over a longer term than private investors usually are interested in. This is exactly the kind of investments the federal government should make.
