Good that the judge seems to recognize the importance of process. They're not saying Harvard is innocent or guilty, they're saying that there's a process for this that needs to be followed. Which is good, because if a school was guilty, we need that paper trail. And if they're innocent, they need the chance to prove it. Almost like the law is written for a reason...
