Was anyone actually under the belief that any cuts were made in good faith and not ideologically targeted?
- BillyTheMage 1y agoAll the people I work with, which is anecdotal as heck cause I have like 3 coworkers, but it's still not zero
- shagmin 1y ago...yes? The way I've heard it from some people is Trump is a business man who got other this other business man to start running the government efficiency, like a business. I don't think these people even knew who Elon Musk was a couple years ago and wouldn't touch an electric car with a ten foot pole.
- busyant 1y agoA few months ago, I was in the waiting room of a car dealership, waiting for my car to get serviced. An elderly woman struck up a conversation with the woman next to her and said words to the effect of ... "There's a millionaire who owns a car company--Trump hired him to fix the federal government and he's doing a great job. He found all sorts of problems and he's firing the bad people." I zipped my mouth b/c I didn't want to get into that kind of conversation at the car dealership....
