- ggm 1y agoStrategically wise to make it a JV because if a single economy asset it is subject to all the Magnitsky issues, and equivalents. If its a JV then its not easy to say Bad Russia and refuse to allow the volts to flow. Also the Chinese invested bigly in pebble bed and other SMR designs which are good
