If anything can help with such a goal, including automated inference (AI) devices, there is no major concern with such a tool per se. The leviathan monopolizing the tool for its own benefit in a detrimental way for human beings is an orthogonal issue. ¹ this is a bit anthropocentric statement, but it's a good way to favor human agreement, and I believe still actually implicitely require living in harmony with the rest of our follow earth inhabitants
