I don't know which is worse - that this "researcher" didn't turn over the dump to an org like haveibeenpwned so that any good whatsoever would come of this, or that he thinks he can "disclaim liability."

- areyourllySorry 1y agohaveibeenpwned has previously denied data without a clear source, or until recently data sourced from malware.
